I don't think you should beat yourself up too hard; you got hit with a once-in-many-generations torpedo in the form of the virus. There is no way you could have anticipated that.

Besides, the capital loss is certainly likely to be only temporary with this sector [*], given how severe the under-valuations are today.

I have some discussion points concerning CDP which I'd like to post at some stage.

It looks very cheap, and is pricing in the sorts of adverse outcomes that are highly unlikely to transpire, but then again, that's the case for many property stocks.

[*] As you surely know, not all REIT's are made equal, and some are going to be more impacted than others in terms of impairment of asset carrying values.
