So why is this so unloved and at a discount. I get retail is on the nose with online shopping but I live 400 metres from their asset and there is not one vacant shop and they are changing the mix slowly to adapt to more lifestyle type stores. They also have potential upside to redevelop the millennium centre across the road they bought.
Is their something more fundamental here I am missing or just a sector (retail property) not feeling the love.
