    Welcome @Cassandra74, talking to myself was boring.

    Yes I think it's general bricks and mortar retail on the nose.

    Recently some large shopping centres in other states have sold at 5-10% less than valuation.

    The other half of Carindale owned by a Lend Lease managed property fund is on the market right now, so we should know the true value in a few months.

    I've loaded up on CDP in the last few weeks.
