5mins before opening i rang my Brisbane broker i know and asked if he had read MND's yr end. He hadn't and when i said its paying a divident equivalent to 25% he said: 'Geezus mate you really need to get back on that ritalin.'
How i calculated it is like this: final div fy15 46c, HY16 44c, FY16 44c. Total 134c. Add franking credits = 195.6c. SP before open 725c. Hence div equates to 27%. But that's across 13 months so reduce down and assuming my div estimates for next yr hold up then its a 24.9% yield/annum.
