Mt winter 1 20km away?? had oil shows in Stairway?
Maybe the drillers missed any fractures whatever because of poor seismics at the time?

Pacoota which is also the primary1 target in Surprise1 had 20 million barrels of oil from Meerenie Fields 80km to the east over its life. But was any? found at JW1 in Pacoota? or was it deliberately not drilled due to lack of time.

Stairway flowed at JW1 .. is OIL more widespread than yet known in Stairway formations??

Certainly lots of oil hereabouts. The two problems are
1 finding a NICE big RESERVOIR and fracturing
2 getting it to flow in commercial quantities...

BUT its certainly HEREABOUTS - Stairway and Pacoota certainly have the oils!
Im hoping Staiway really flows big. It certainly could be interesting indicator that Stairway in fact is quiet BIG with oil but.....
