i wish i knew .i have amassed a significant position in lynas over the years and see it as potentially one of the best investment options i have seen in 25 years in the investment industry.

The short trading strategies that i have commented on over the last 12 months has frustrated me like the rest of the hot copper crew and yesterdays share price movement continued to support the fact theat the hedge fund players are still in control.

I think we are all a little unsure as to how many shares are outstanding from the stock lenders.Is the 170 million reported on the asic website accurate?.

if so how will they cover?

I still suspect a lot of the short positions will cover or can cover via the convertible note issue

exactly how and when we would all like to know ,but i suspect till the lamp is on operation and product is produced with cash received for sales then the uncertainty will remain which is what the hedge funds use to their advantage.

i wont be selling
