whitehave coal is another classic example short positions increased significantly after the aston resources merger went through and the guess what surprise surprise a privatisation offer from tinkler.
my synicism suggest that the privatisation offer and the shorting was all part of the deal ,,just like i suspect that the convertible note supplier of funds to lynas has been behind or part of the massive continued short on the stock
