I wouldn't be surprised if all fund's go down this path. With insurance premiums climbing at twice cpi, claims climbing each year even higher than this. The health funds have to do something to reduce calim costs otherwise people will be priced out of the market or will make do with lower levels of cover which in turn will reduce revenue.
