Listen to me my friends please,drink plenty of water everyday,must be Alkaline,meaning that the PH should always be above 7 which is neutral,ideally 8.1 PH.----Alkalife Water from Woolies----
What this will do is help neutralise all the bad acids that cause damage to your organs and blood,which has a normal natural PH of 7.35.
That is the most important thing you can do,about 2.5 litres a day.
Then all the other things like Magnesium to dissolve excess calcification and other important minerals and vitamins come into it.
