This is the most comprehensive review I have read so far on our forum.
However we need action: the Board must understand that they are our employees and accountable for their action--- spell it -- NON-action. Look at their administrative expenses last quarter!! And this is for the company with $67 Mil. market capital. Ridiculous if it wasn't serious!!
Example: David Jones' chief Paul Zahra got his rise but no bonus and the Myer CEO Bernie Brooks took home 33% less: both for failing to meet performance targets.
What ARE our performance targets???
