Remember that the plant is in place and has been substantially refurbished. There is much inherent value in existence. I don't think that a bank would want equity raising. Also note that the tenements are probably far more prospective for copper than gold so that is a attractive factor imo.

A streamer would not be a normal bank though. There is at least 1 company in Oz now that is set up to do it. I'll try to get its name. The one I read about some little time back wanted involvement in the production from an expertise pov.
