Hi Marketingman,
Not sure whether it has as these opportunities don’t come very often. I would expect however that LCK would not be selling themselves or their investors short if they were approached to be bought out. The question I have is ‘why would they sell themselves at 0.26 per GJ? You would be insane to stoop so low.
