Not to be the nark, but as devils advocate I don't rate the chances of a takeover by the Chinese as particularly high. The political risk this project already carries is clearly evident in the share price. If it was owned by the Chinese I think the chances of the project coming to fruition would be dampened considerably and they would/ should understand that.
