Suspect price started to move back up from 14.5c when the Presentation was released to market. Timing indicates so.
No doubt there is huge value in LCK though there are always traders in and out for a quick profit which holds the price down. Hopefully they will reduce in number once they are in and out so the price might get a bit more consistently upwards.
