One could be forgiven for thinking that the Multinationals who own or control the car industry
are miles ahead of the pleb who tries to avail of the "claytons" amendment to the MVSA 1989
as amended to permit the importation of 25 year old vehicles.
IMO corporate political donations with a high powered lobbyist following up works wonders...eh?
