Reality is that with the lack of spodumene conversion facilities outside China, offtake agreements from companies located in other nations may sound nice from a PR perspective, but in practice they tend to be trading houses or entities with intentions to toll the precursor (SC) through Chinese converters then on sell Li Chemicals.
In my opinion the best offtake partners remain those with actual in house conversion capabilities.
For the sake of discussion, perhaps someone would be willing to share with the rest of the class a list of operational spodumene concentrate converters along with effective capacity outside China.
Would be nice to return threads to a positive experience where information is shared by multiple participants and active relevant discussion eventuates.
Several have tried over time to help in this regard and I am greatful for their efforts, yet unfortunately discussion quickly gets disrupted.
