Don't know what it achieved? And don't know what it was meant to achieve - as surely the results were as expected.

Expect all PXUPA accept they will have to take a haircut - but like those at the meeting - I don't like the bald look.

A PXUPA holder viewpoint may be $100 + lost divis + priority standing + pain and suffering

Lets say $115 to $120

So offer of > $60 may get the job done ...and provide a reasonable haircut for PXUPAs plus a good profit for the PPX hairdresser.

IMHO PXUPAs should not accept less than expected PPX asset sale value which should be> $60.

Guess time will tell.
