Cuba wasn't on the RECIPROCAL Tariff list as the US may already have heavy sanctions on Cuba and or high tariffs, so hardly any trade is done anyway, same situation as maybe Russia and North Korea ! ... the maybe blind TDS crowd [Kit etc] just want to hear 'orange man bad' 'America bad' ... Australian living standards are diving, but still many may continue to vote the same !!! [TDS]
