... Max you may need to keep in mind that Cuba maybe a US embargoed / sanctioned country ... anyone who attempts to maybe muddy the waters by comparing gulf-refineries maybe naive [at best] ...
... suggest you search up what this means and also what 'secondary sanctions' may mean also ...
... maybe some US sanctioned countries - Iran / Cuba / North Korea / Venezuela ...
... as for API ... do you 'really' want to know [?], doubt it ... [though MAY Australian assets may look better imo]
... MAY have been performing extremely well operationally imo ...
