    Hi 2jayjay,

    The 250M were dumped onto the massive 300M+ buyers at .002.
    I would agree with you had they met the sellers.
    Looks like a large seller dumping on many small orders from where I sit although I did not take notice of the number of buyers on the .002 buy side.
