Yes there are many greedy private landlords, but the resin tgd housing market is the way if hd ,bus because the Govt are financial incompetents, and have allowed millions of wealthy immigrants into Australia,band and they just buy up real estate causing a huge supply issue.
Hence why inflation will go up and up and in the end these greedy landlords will lose what they have.
You can't be greedy in this world and expect to reap the benefits, to much cosmic karma around
