As Australian i feel ashamed the federal govt has seen fit to donate a further A$250 million to NATO, er US, plans to fight to the last Ukrainian in its defensive war against Russia.

once again, like so many times before, Australia's weak leadership has been suckered by its rich and powerful friends to participate in genocides and destruction of other countries.

the latest tranche of Australian taxpayer funded materiel won't make a skerrick of difference to any final outcome of the conflict, the resolution of which will only come through political and diplomatic means.

until that happens many Ukrainians and Russians will lose their lives in a war that could have been stopped through a negotiated settlement a few weeks after it started in early 2022 if it weren't for NATO, er US, insistence it continue.

Misinformed US self belief in its own exceptionalism and obsession against all things Russian has drawn Australia into its web and involvement in yet another war we should have nothing to do with.

my country, like its corrupt allies, is now supporting a war that's being fought to the last Ukrainian and the destruction of Ukraine.

there is zero benefit in this for Australia.
