I picked up 2,000 in the float 25 years ago, and with the 3 for 1 share split I now have 6,000.
Just checked the share price, and got out the calculator and did the sums. I had to double check that I hadn't put an extra zero into the mix.
Just as a laugh, if the SP performs as well over the next 25 years as it has since the float, my initial $4,800 investment will be worth just north of $477,000,000
Of course by that time I'll be old old to have much fun with it...and just think of all the CGT
