Good thoughts dcob, and while I think this could have been handled much better PR wise the delay actually gives me confidence that Mgt is doing a very thorough job putting a complex deal together.
IMO the big danger is the dilution of our value in Uley once in the hands of an unlisted o/s company. Mega have talked about listing previously and perhaps the delay is at their end as they get ready to do so with Uley as one of their key assets.
Whichever, I think we just need to be patient, the larger SH's are obviously sticking with it, and have some confidence that Mgt is going to stitch up a good deal.
