    here we go...this surely will be a sign of a counter ffer for TYC.
    Last offer was $1.35 yesterday announcement.

    I think there will be a further 3-4 counter offers made..who knows, a price of $2.05 to win?
    Next stop I assume, $1.50 counter offer...then snowball up from there (or here) on!
