    re: $1.40..im thinking of taking a punt! From looking at tyc's recent announcements, Ant has AT LEAST 3 days to respond to the higher offer. I totally agree with Insider and Up though, and have taken a position at current levels - with two obviously serious bidders now, i don't see much downside risk, and considerable upside is highly likely.
