re: tyc ant going fwd Agree there being a very good chance of counter bid very soon-i can't see Ant coming this far with TYC just to walk away at this stage; with the huge amt of cash Ant has on hand, i wouldn't be surprised for them to make a counter-bid significantly higher than 1.35. I'm not sure if it will happen this week though - perhaps early next week. The Crosby bidders also very obviously want into tyc (given the lifting of their offer over the past few months). All great for shareholders, and the current tyc price of 1.38 may turn out to be cheap very soon.
