Another thing - I expect a YES vote will see the terms of the DOCA finalised and it requires company records and accounts be destroyed after (x) period of time at which point any potential evidence would cease to exist.
If a NO vote resulted in a better offer being put to us, we would be pushing hard during that time to insist that any new proposal contained the explicit requirement that records and accounts are not to be destroyed
