Thanks for your comments and of course no offence taken.

But if proper project management and oversight practices had been exercised we would not have had such a crippling mortgage to pay in the first place.

And even if we did have some level of a mortgage to pay the very asset that would have generated the rent to pay it was once again destroyed through the very same bad project management and oversight practices.

And this was all hidden from shareholders by those that now seek to gain at our expense.

As one of their own board members later admitted there is simply "No Excuse", for their unconscionable conduct.
