    do not be naive
    I am not a lawer but liquidation may give some more rights to HNC and/or open new avenues related to JV, Chinese are timid as don't want to be seen as raiders (contrary to criminal activities of YA and GT)

    voting yes is closing averything including records destruction, no comeback, voting no is stating CMR was raped and I guess live it open, mind you the noose around YAs neck is closing, we are not alone and one day serial rapists will be judged
