For mine th only party that would be keen to liquidate is HNC because it would trigger the right to buy
No one else wants liquidation - The company would surely be best left intact so tax losses can be claimed later
Also, can someone tell me without me reading thru that whole doc again when they expect to relist if vote approved -
I think I noticed some saying they wanted to crystalise th eloss and claim this year - but is that really dooable - Seems to me there's be a lot of legal work to follow any vote and money to be shifted around - board regrouped the I 's dotted and T's crossed etc etc before requesting relisting -
it is hard to imagine them relisting before end of June so losses would surely be crystalised in next years tax returns.
Hope to get somethign out to the list next cpl of days
