You Said "CMR was a victim of the GFC along with others".

Normally I wouldn't bother responding to such a vacuous, and uneducated statement.

But at this particular time such an idiotic statement can not go uncontested.

As correctly stated by the administrator Compass Resources failed due to: "a lack of adequate project design and controls". That was the one thing they got right.

Under the leadership of our illustrious board and management construction costs went from $60 Million to a staggering $215 Million in a little over a year and we still did not have a an operational oxide plant after all the time over runs cost blowouts.

CMR failed because of the crippling debt racked up.

CMR failed because of the ongoing construction issues.

CMR failed because 10 of millions of dollars was wasted building and rebuilding the second hand cawes plant from memory and pictures and not from properly designed engineering drawings.

CMR failed because they did not do something as basic in engineering circles as pilot the Nickle/Cobalt circuit and it simply did not work in production. And we we heavily dependent on the that for success and revenue.

If the Nickle/Cobalt circuit had worked we would have had a fully operational plant long before the GFC came along. We would have been producing nameplate quantities of Cu,Co & Ni at peak metal prices and would have been well position to ride out the GFC once it arrived. We also would not have racked up the huge debt which eventually destroyed us.

So before making any more vacuous, and uneducated one liner statements like you made, please do a little research and understand the subject matter a little better, and have some respect for what we have all been thorough and stand to lose.
