Vista Group appoints new Chief Financial Officer.
Vista Group International ("Vista Group") announces the appointment of Rodney
Hyde to the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective July 2015.
The growing demands of Vista Group require significant focus from Brian
Cadzow, who will become Director, Commercial and Legal, working on
acquisitions, new market development, and the many other commercial aspects
of Vista Group's global businesses. Mr Cadzow will also retain responsibility
for investor relations.
Mr Hyde joins Vista Group from Orion Health, where he has been the CFO since
2011, overseeing significant revenue and employee growth, as well as the
company's 2014 IPO. Prior to his role at Orion Health, Mr Hyde was CFO of
Navico Inc. in the USA, the world's largest marine electronics company.
