TOWER: Request for trading halt
TOWER Limited (NZX: TWR) requests an immediate trading halt in its shares,
under NZX Listing Rule 5.4.1.
As part of its preparation of its financial accounts for six month period
ended 31 March 2015, TOWER is reviewing its Canterbury provisions and related
matters, which may have a material impact.
TOWER requests a trading halt until commencement of trading on 1 May 2015, or
such earlier time TOWER updates the market.
TOWER knows of no reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
