KEYDATES: ERD: EROAD to Announce Full Year Result on 28 May 2015
Auckland, New Zealand, 30 April 2015 - EROAD Limited (NZX:ERD) announced
today that it intends to release on Thursday, 28 May 2015 its financial
results for the year ended 31 March 2015. The release will be issued by
10:00am.
About EROAD
EROAD has created an electronic solution to manage and pay Road User Charges
(RUC) and road tax regimes, support regulatory compliance as well as provide
value-added commercial services to the heavy vehicle industry. Founded in
2000, EROAD implemented the world's first nationwide GPS/cellular-based road
user charging system in 2009, which modernised the existing paper-based RUC
regime in New Zealand.
The EROAD system consists of a secure electronic distance recorder (Ehubo),
combined with a bank-grade payment gateway and services portal. We undertake
design and manufacture of our hardware, as well as software development, from
our headquarters in Auckland, led by Steven Newman, Chief Executive Officer.
EROAD's successful New Zealand reference site provided it with the
opportunity to enter the international market. In 2014 we launched in
Oregon, USA becoming the first approved electronic Weight-Mile Tax (WMT)
service provider in North America. We also entered the Australian market with
