GENERAL: WHS: WHS Proposed Senior Bond Offer
The Warehouse Group Limited (WHS) today announced it is considering making an
offer of new five year unsecured, unsubordinated, fixed rate bonds to
refinance its $100 million senior bond maturing on 15 June 2015 (Maturing
Bonds) and for general corporate purposes. The offer will be seeking to raise
up to $100 million, with the ability to accept oversubscriptions to bring the
total issue size up to $125 million, and will comprise a general offer to
retail and institutional investors and an exchange offer to holders of the
Maturing Bonds.
