Hi guys, they are performance options for the directors , exercisable @.001 when farm out for Seychelles is reached (min work commitment of 1 well and $10 million spend I think - from memory) or when share prices trades at 10 cents plus for 10 trading periods.

Expect them to come into play prior to expiry IMO.

If we acheive our goals we will be handsomely rewarded, the directors will be in absolute clover (potential) $25 million dollar payday.

Might sound a little begrudging but us pleb holders of WHNO were doing so on the premise of the company achieving farm out last year which for all intents and purposes was a sure thing based on their rhetoric.

This new series of options which most of us have in the mail today seems to allow PLENTY of time IMO even allowing for the inevitable stuff ups! and at half the ex price of the old WHNO (7.5 cents).

Whats that proverbial saying, fool me once..................
