I had the same discussion with a mate of mine too and the short answer is yes, but, this seems to be a better solution and I would rather have some voting rights.
I drive a car and race my motorcycle whenever I can so I feel it would be somewhat hypocritical of me to make a stand here.
Somebody has to own the shares.
