Diligent Announces Change of Name
The Board of Diligent Board Member Services, Inc. ("Diligent" or the
"Company") (NZX: DIL) has resolved to change the name of the Company to
"Diligent Corporation" effective as of June 4, 2015 New Zealand time (June 3,
2015 Eastern Daylight Time, United States).
The Company will continue to trade on the NZX with the existing ticker code
"DIL".
