Notice of director nomination period and resignation of Chairman
For the purposes of Listing Rule 3.3.5 Energy Mad Limited advises that in
respect of its Annual Meeting to be held on Wednesday 22 July 2015, the
closing date for director nominations is Friday 12 June 2015. All nominations
must be received by 4.00 pm on the closing date.
Mr Rick Ramsay, the Chairman of the board, has advised Energy Mad Limited
that he does not intend to seek re-election as a director at the annual
meeting to be held on 22 July 2015. The board will elect a new chairperson in
due course. The board thanks Mr Ramsay for his tireless service as chairman
of Energy Mad Limited and wishes him well for his future endeavours.
The annual meeting for Energy Mad Limited is to be held at 10.00am on 22 July
2015 at The Chateau on the Park Hotel and Conference Centre, Corner Deans
Avenue and Kilmarnock Street, Christchurch, New Zealand.
