Subject: Bathurst Resources Limited ("BRL") - Delisting

Message:

Further to the announcement made by Bathurst Resources Limited ("BRL")
earlier today, NZX Regulation ("NZXR") advises that BRL will be delisting
from the NZX Main Board.

The final day of trading in BRL ordinary shares ("BRL") will be Monday, 29
June 2015 prior to the shares being suspended at close of business. BRL will
be delisted and its shares will cease to be quoted from close of business on
Friday, 3 July 2015.
