    Latest announcement looks like RM is very confident about the decision especially when he mentions
    ​
    "The court of appeal hearing has ended with judgment pending, which means a dramatic reduction in our legal expenses.
    "We can now fully channel our resources to developing the world class Isabel nickel deposit, ensuring we meet our target of being in production by the end of this year."

    Seems like decision is only a formality for Axiom happy times ahead. GLTA loyal SH ....
