MEETING: ERD: Annual Meeting and Director Nominations
EROAD Limited will hold its Annual Meeting at Level Two of QBE Stadium
Function Centre, Stadium Drive, Albany on Thursday 6 August 2015. The time
and other details relating to the meeting will be advised in the Notice of
Meeting to be sent to all shareholders.
For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 3.3.5, the closing date for director
nominations is Monday 20 July 2015. All nominations must be received by
5.00pm on the closing date. Nominations may be made only by a security holder
entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting.
