Well, I'm not to clear what it all means. But if the proceeds HAVE gone into his/a superannuation fund and he has some very serious illness, then it is perfectly understandable. He would be making a perfectly good move to protect his family and estate.
But if it has gone into another company, then I wouldn't be at all keen on his motives! Or the outlook for HDR come to that :(
Looking at the news release, it appears he has moved it into a superannuation fund?
