SKO NOTICE OF ACQUISITION OF SECURITIES PURSUANT TO NZSX LISTING RULE 7.12.1
For the purposes of listing rule 7.12.1 of the NZX Main Board Listing Rules
("Listing Rules"), Serko Limited ("Serko") advises that the following
securities have been bought-back and cancelled:
(a) Class of Security and ISIN: Ordinary Shares
ISIN: NZSKOE0001S7
(b) Number of securities acquired: 9,000
(c) The nominal value and the acquisition price: $1.10
(d) Payment in Cash: No
(e) Amount paid up: Not Applicable
(f) The principal terms of the Securities: Not Applicable
(g) Percentage total of class of securities: 0.0144%
(h) Reason for acquisition and cancellation: 9,000 ordinary shares acquired
from Serko Trustee Limited, the trustee of the company's salary sacrifice
scheme ("SSS"). The Trustee was originally holding the shares on trust for
participants in the scheme. The 9,000 shares being acquired and cancelled
had lapsed and reverted to the unallocated pool. There is no further need
for the shares to be held in trust.
