Pushpay Holdings Limited (NZSX:PAY) ('Pushpay') announces that its 2015
Annual Meeting is to be held on 19 August 2015 at 2:00 pm in Gallery Three,
Pullman Auckland, Corner Princes Street and Waterloo Quadrant, Auckland, New
Zealand. Other details relating to the meeting will be advised in the Notice
of Meeting, which will be distributed in due course.
For the purposes of NZX Main Board Listing Rule 3.3.5, Pushpay advises that
the opening date for nominations for directors is today, 13 July 2015. The
closing date for nominations for directors will be 27 July 2015. All
nominations must be received by 5:30 pm on the closing date.
Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at
the Annual Meeting.
