Energy Mad Limited Annual Meeting 2015
The following resolutions put to shareholders at the Energy Mad Annual
Meeting today were passed by shareholders:
Resolution 1:
The Board was authorised to fix the Auditors' remuneration.
Resolution 2:
Andrew Meehan who was standing for re-election due to retirement by rotation
was re-elected as a Director of Energy Mad.
Resolution 3:
Brent Wheeler was elected as a Director of Energy Mad.
All resolutions were decided by a show of hands.
