ASX Appendix 4C - June 2015 quarterly report.
The latest quarterly cash flow report (the fourth) required by the ASX for
the first eight quarters of a newly listed company that has been admitted on
the basis of commitments is attached.
The cash flow statement for the quarter and year to date (first six months)
reflects the general pattern of the business, with strong cash flow in the
first half on the back of the large December maintenance renewals. This shows
the business trading largely in line with the PFI forecast.
The cash payments relating to investing activities cover the settlement of
the base purchase price for the assets of Ticketsoft LLC and the settlement
for the Cote Cine Group (CCG) distribution arrangements.
