Notification of Meeting and Director Nomination Dates (LR 3.3.5)

The TeamTalk Limited Annual Meeting will be held in Wellington on Wednesday
21 October 2015 at 3:30 pm.

For the purposes of NZSX Listing Rule 3.3.5 TeamTalk advises that nominations
for the appointment of Directors at the Annual Meeting will open today
(Wednesday 5th August 2015) and close on Tuesday 25th August 2015.

Nominations can only be made by security holders entitled to attend and vote
at the ASM.
