Please find enclosed a copy of the audited group financial statements of
Downer EDI Limited ACN 003 872 848 (Downer) for the period ended 30 June 2015
for lodgement pursuant to section 461H of the Financial Markets Conduct Act
2013.
Downer is an Australian company dual-listed on the ASX and the NZX. The
group financial statements are hereby lodged in reliance on the Financial
Markets Conduct (Dual-listed FMC Reporting Entities) Exemption Notice 2015
(Exemption Notice).
In accordance with the Exemption Notice, the group financial statements:
(a) have been prepared in accordance with the requirements of the
Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and other relevant regulatory requirements in
Australia;
(b) have been prepared in accordance with the Australian equivalents to the
International Financial Reporting Standards;
(c) include financial statements for the group's New Zealand business, which
have been prepared in accordance with the Australian equivalents to the
International Financial Reporting Standards; and
(d) have been audited by an approved auditor, KPMG Australia, and are
accompanied by an audit report.
